Staci Patton

Staci Patton is a natural storyteller, an award-winning hospitality designer, and industry thought leader with a unique talent to unite others around a vision. Staci based in Chicago is now Hilton’s Senior Director of Brand Design joining the Global Design Team. She leads their Premium Full Service and Collections brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio through design. She was Creative Director for Davidson Hospitality Group informing creative vision for all new and renovation development, and prior founded DLR Group’s hospitality interior design studio as Principal and National Studio Director. In 2017 she was honored by Boutique Design Magazine in their 12th annual class of ‘Boutique 18’ highlighting up-and-coming designers breaking new ground. Recently she was honored by Hospitality Design Magazine with the 2024 ‘Women in Design’ Award highlighting leaders for their inspirational achievements in shaping the industry. Staci is an Interior Designer by training and attended Florida State University.
