ByDESIGN™ Appoints International Media Executive Christian Murphy as Global CEO

As CEO, Murphy will oversee global operations and strategic growth initiatives across the expanding ByDESIGN™ ecosystem, with a focus on audience growth, digital innovation, brand partnerships, and the development of new distribution opportunities worldwide.

The appointment marks a significant step in the company’s continued global expansion as ByDESIGN™ accelerates its evolution across broadcast, streaming, digital platforms, strategic partnerships, and branded content initiatives.
Known throughout the media industry as “Murph,” Murphy brings nearly three decades of international experience spanning television programming, content strategy, marketing, audience development, and commercial partnerships. Originally from Australia, Murphy relocated to the United States in 2008 to lead International Programming and Marketing initiatives for A+E Global before transitioning into the company’s U.S. domestic programming division, where he spearheaded innovative content focused on highly engaged enthusiast audiences.
