Damien is a multi-skilled senior executive with more than 20 years’ leadership experience across sales, marketing, new product development and end-to-end business management.

For more than a decade he has been pivotal in the growth of RØDE Microphones across all facets of the business, including development of global business strategy, key business acquisitions, human resource growth plans, development of international offices and the release of more than 40 products, many of which either created or redefined their product categories.

Damien is an inspirational, creative leader with a hands-on approach to management. He also harnesses a wealth of global experience to deliver beyond strategic expectation.
