Virgin Hotels New York City will be the sixth Virgin Hotels property to open in the United States (eighth hotel in the brand portfolio).

With 419 Guest Chambers, 39 Suites and 2 Penthouses, Virgin Hotels is a luxury lifestyle hospitality brand that combines heartfelt service and a personalized hotel experience with the track record of innovation and smart disruption that Sir Richard Branson’s global Virgin Group has pioneered for over 50 years. The property will offer multi-use event spaces and two meeting rooms in the sub-cellar. The first level will be home to retailers for the enjoyment of hotel guests and New York locals alike. Outdoor dining and imbibing will be available on the 3rd floor, along with an outdoor rooftop pool and bar, The Pool Club, and chef driven restaurant on the 4th floor. The spaces intermix a passion for food and beverage with nightly music and programming, fusing with the local landscape and providing a vibrant, inclusive environment for travelers and locals alike.

The 271,750-square-foot structure New York landmark is located in NoMad, an area privy to some of New York’s most iconic architecture. The property overlooks lower Manhattan, and certain levels provide views of the Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty. NoMad, otherwise known as North and West of Madison Square Park, extends from 25th street to 30th street between The Avenue of the Americas (Sixth Avenue) and Lexington Avenue.
