Cubbi Buddi

The Cubbi Buddi is a modular all Australian made foam play lounge for children with infinite ways to play, learn and develop.

The play lounge was designed by ourselves, Paediatric Occupational Therapists and mums with function and design in mind and wanting to create the opportunity for a childhood rich in play.  As Occupational Therapists’ we knew what types of movements and play helped children learn and develop and we also knew from personal experience as mums to young ones how frustrating it was when “play” turned into a messy house (couch!), that lots of things were either very expensive or cheaply made, bright, plastic and overall not aesthetically pleasing and lastly that the kids often outgrew the toys quicker than you could find a space for them! Putting these things together we knew that we needed something that could be multipurpose (not just a toy), easily fit in any room of a house, be accessible to ALL, look good and be all Australian Made to ensure the safety and quality of our product for families.

The key features of Cubbi Buddi’s range of products include high quality, high density foam, commercial grade fabrics that are soft enough for comfort, stain resistant and machine washable for little messes and extremely durable. A joined seam in the bases for added strength and stability and handles to make it easy for independent manoeuvring.

Cubbi Buddi is helping to bring siblings together, it is helping parents be more present and playful and it is being used in schools, childcares, hospital schools, and therapy clinics all over Australia.
